Oil Painting

Service Description

This is a rolling 5-week course, with new starters joining current students as space becomes available. Using water soluble oils we will look at using brush and palette knife techniques to paint the sky, clouds, seascapes, landscapes, still life and more. Advice on materials, colour mixing, theory, and composition will be given throughout the course. Some materials will be supplied, but as you progress you will be expected to bring your own basics. We accept cash, card or cheque at the centre. If you have any questions feel free to get in touch, we are happy to help. TERMS AND CONDITIONS In the event of low enrolments we may have to cancel or reschedule a course/workshop. If you have enrolled and prepaid with us and we cancel a class or workshop, you will receive a full refund and be notified when the next one will run. COVID SECURITY The Centre is keeping some additional hygiene precautions. Vulnerable people attend the Centre, so please do not visit if you are unwell. REFRESHMENTS Refreshments are provided but you're welcome to bring your own.

Cancellation Policy

Course and workshop fees must be paid before the start of the class - your place is only assured once we have received payment. Payment can be made online by requesting a payment link, or by card, cash or cheque at the centre. Refunds will only be given if we cancel a course or workshop, or at the discretion of the centre manager. In the event of low enrolments, we may have to cancel or reschedule a course or workshop. If you have enrolled and paid and we cancel or reschedule a course or workshop, you will be given the option of a full refund or to transfer the fee to another course or workshop. If we need to cancel a session due to bad weather, tutor illness or any other unforeseen event, we will inform you as soon as possible, and reschedule the missed class or workshop.
