Service Description

BEGINNERS - An introductory course for those with little or no knowledge of French. Beginning with the basics of Conversational French including the language used for meeting, greeting and introducing yourself and family, going out to eat, shopping, finding your way around, asking for and understanding information related to tourism. IMPROVERS - Improvers French is for those who have covered basic conversation. You will develop and improve your understanding and use of conversation, grammar, and vocabulary. You will increase your fluency in finding your way around and asking for and understanding information HOW DO I BOOK? If you have any questions feel free to get in touch, we are happy to help. TERMS AND CONDITIONS In the event of low enrolments we may have to cancel or reschedule a course/workshop. If you have enrolled and prepaid with us and we cancel a class or workshop, you will receive a full refund and be notified when the next one will run. COVID SECURITY: The Centre is keeping some additional hygiene precautions. Clinically vulnerable people use the Centre, so please don't attend if you are unwell. Tea/coffee provided. Cancellation Policy

Course and workshop fees must be paid before the start of the class - your place is only assured once we have received payment. Payment can be made online by requesting a payment link, or by card, cash or cheque at the centre. Refunds will only be given if we cancel a course or workshop, or at the discretion of the centre manager. In the event of low enrolments, we may have to cancel or reschedule a course or workshop. If you have enrolled and paid and we cancel or reschedule a course or workshop, you will be given the option of a full refund or to transfer the fee to another course or workshop. If we need to cancel a session due to bad weather, tutor illness or any other unforeseen event, we will inform you as soon as possible, and reschedule the missed class or workshop.
