Service Description

Book your place now on the next course starting 7 June 2023. Whether you are a total beginner or have some experience under your belt, this small and informal 5 week class is for you. Expertly led by Gill from Sidecar Pottery, Gill will work with you, explaining and demonstrating a wide range of techniques, including slab building and the use of the wheel. Each potter should expect to create several items by the end of the course, which you will decorate, glaze and have fired ready to take home. Spaces are limited on each set of sessions, so book early to secure your place. HOW DO I BOOK? To book a place for any course or workshop please contact us via phone, calling in, or email to enquries@alnwickartcentre.co.uk. We accept cash, card or cheque at the centre. If you have any questions feel free to get in touch, we are happy to help. TERMS AND CONDITIONS In the event of low enrolments we may have to cancel or reschedule a course/workshop. If you have enrolled and prepaid with us and we cancel a class or workshop, you will receive a full refund and be notified when the next one will run. COVID SECURITY: The Centre is keeping some additional hygiene precautions. Vulnerable people attend the Centre, so please do not visit if you are unwell. Tea/coffee provided. You are welcome to bring your own refreshments.

Cancellation Policy

Course and workshop fees must be paid before the start of the class - your place is only assured once we have received payment. Payment can be made online by requesting a payment link, or by card, cash or cheque at the centre. Refunds will only be given if we cancel a course or workshop, or at the discretion of the centre manager. In the event of low enrolments, we may have to cancel or reschedule a course or workshop. If you have enrolled and paid and we cancel or reschedule a course or workshop, you will be given the option of a full refund or to transfer the fee to another course or workshop. If we need to cancel a session due to bad weather, tutor illness or any other unforeseen event, we will inform you as soon as possible, and reschedule the missed class or workshop.
